Can we simply to remove both parts from "Eclipse editor technicalities"? Or do 
we need to replace it with newer informations?

files. This is necessary to ensure that newlines have the same internal 
representation even when running with participants which work on different 
platforms."

This is not true (at least for more than 2 years now).

"Eclipse Save Actions (Menu > Window > Preferences > Java > Editor > Save 
Actions) are automatically disabled, because we do not support them (yet)"

See above, this is not true.
