In Eclipse, Saros shows the position of another user's editor window inside a
file through a gutter area bar, that is positioned and sized relative to the
other user's scrolling position inside the file.
In IntelliJ a similar EditorAnnotation should be displayed.
The relevant code for Eclipse can be found in
de.fu_berlin.inf.dpp.editor.annotations.ViewportAnnotation.
