Just for reference, broadcasting the current follow mode state of each client
by each client may not work: http://sourceforge.net/p/dpp/bugs/758/ , i.e the
fix may not be that trivial.

Session with Alice (Host) and Bob:
* Bob follows Alice.
* Alice invites Carl.
* Carl does not see that Bob is following Alice until Bob unfollows and
refollows Alice again.
