We still need talk about this feature, but I thought this solution proposal 
might help you for now:

If the feature is mainly needed for the reason to not expose any coding 
activity outside your company's network, then you can achieve that with the 
current XMPP architecture by set up your own XMPP Server inside your enterprise 
network [1].

Of course your developers would still need to create a separate XMPP account in 
order to use Saros. I understand that it would be nicer to be able to use the 
current AD-Accounts for this.

As a corporate user of Saros whose environment does not leverage XMPP 
internally, I would like to be able to use my Microsoft Active Directory or 
Lync infrastructure to connect individuals who will be using Saros across my 
enterprise's multiple locations and not expose any coding activity outside of 
my company's network for security purposes.
