[FIX][I] Fix broken storage of preferences objects
The ColorIDSetStorage was the first to store object properties in the
IntelliJPreferenceStore.
IntelliJ stores the properties as .xml files and can not handle non-text
characters. To fix this the all properties are encoded as Base64 now.
