I'm not much of a CVS expert, but should everything in the CVS repository be tagged in some way (like 'label' in SourceSafe) to mark it as all part of the 3.0 distribution? I'd like to commit a change to MenuBuilder.cpp to cope with an auto-hidden taskbar, but I don't want to do that before everything's been labelled.
