Summary: win-S takes 2 presses

Initial Comment:
On version 3.0, I need to press win-s twice to get the
cursor to the search bar edit area.

It seems to be because I have "auto hide" enabled for
the task bar. The first time I press win-s, the task
bar appears. The second time puts the focus on the edit
area. When I disabled "auto hide", it works fine.

This is fixed in the latest CVS code (not yet incorporated into
a full release).
