That is a problem. I assume you are doing something like this:
word|run winword|||Microsoft Office
It's a limitation based on the way the line is parsed ('split()' combines
consecutive delimiters). For now, I'd have to say that all fields
preceeding the one are adding are required.

Hmm... I'm not seeing that. All my entries in localaliases.txt without
categories appear in the 'Shortcuts' category in both the help window and
the menu.
