There are two files checked in, one called "install.htm" and the other 
called "install.htm " with a space at the end, which is not a problem on 
unix filesystems.

These files are referenced in the "alternate installation instructions" for 
dqsd (see the main dqsd.net page), and it turns out that it was very common 
for people to append a space at the end of the URL when they follow the 
instructions. The website still takes hits on "install.htm " every few days.

Since it's causing problems in CVS, I'll just delete the file from CVS (I'll 
leave it on the website outside of CVS's management).
