Greg,

Not sure what's going on.  You might simply put some alerts in the
loadSearches function in loader.js to see what is actually loaded.  You can
also use appendFile (tools.js) to dump some debug info to a file.

I'd first see if all the files are being found as expected in
'loadSearches'.  The 'loadSearchFile' function is where each individual XML
file is loaded into the parser.  It should throw an alert if there's an
error loading the XML file.

You also might remove all but a few of the searches that aren't being
loaded, to see if those searches are loaded.  That might give us another
clue.
