Summary: Support binding Hotkeys to Actions

Initial Comment:
Support allowing an action to optionally have a HotKey
that will perform that action.

For example, If I launch MS Word, 20 times per day, it
would be usefull to be able to assign

[Win]+[W] to launch Word.

In addition to binding a Hotkey to an action, users
should also be able to bind a Hotkey to an alias.

Currently, a program called Tray Command Line
supports this functionality and it is very useful.

I agree with Glenn on this one. This request appears to be
overkill.

I have aliased the "/" to the Run command and have been
using it for months now in conjunction with a small utility
called Command Creator to launch command lines, in a
couple of keystrokes, from the bar.

Please, let's not have excessive complexity and bloat.

Glenn, I don't agree.

Yes, Windows allows hotkeys, but think about special stuff
DQSD can do and windows shortcuts *not* (there are many) -
well I would consider it a real time saver !

For example Win-Q to automatically login, start a connection
and see the logs of my SetiQueue (setiq.xml). That'd be
great !

Assigning a hotkey to a Windows shortcut (Word, etc.) can
already be done without DQSD. Adding it to DQSD seems
like overkill, in that it duplicates a Windows feature that has
been around for quite a while.
