Yep, the error I had was caused by a local alias shortcut "##", which
replaced the Switchboard Business search. The problem I had has since
been fixed.

...to my localaliases.txt and got the same problem.  I'm probably not
going to have any more time to look at this now or even today, but if
anyone else can, it's throwing the exception in showpop (helpmenu.js).

I don't think she was seeing a script error, but was just seeing an
alias listed twice if she redefined one in her localaliases.txt.  Can't
remember for sure, but I think that was the issue.
