Fixed Dutch holidays+prefs. From Johann Geertsma: "MLL asked about labor day. He
pointed out an error about labor day, should be every year instead of only in 2003. I
hereby send you the corrected files. btw i saw in the latest prferences file that my 2
holiday files are not described as comment."
