I haven't ignored this.  I've just been trying to think of some good options.

My first reaction was to suggest we use XSLT to generate HTML in the browser
client.  Then, I realized it will only with with IE-based browsers (including
NetCaptor).

Another option is to generate HTML on the server.  The problem is the server is
running Linux/Apache.  Dave can install PHP if necessary, but I don't have any
experience with XSL transforms under Linux/PHP.  I'm sure it's not too difficult
though.  Just need somebody to get it started.

Another option is to store the Q's and A's in a database on the server.
Probably mySql and PHP needed to do that.  I don't care for that as much because
of the extra maintenance involved.

Those are my thoughts.
