Hmmm is this not what is expected? If a search is initiated via the menu, I would expect the history to indicate the actions that have been executed, whether they were inintiated via the search or by the user pressing enter... I guess the history could just record the text in the entry box, but I would think that would be more inconvenient when soliciting searches again via the history mechanism...
