Summary: local searches in their own directory
Initial Comment:
To keep the way local searches and installed searches
are built similar, it would be nice to define a directory
("localsearches" e.g.) containing several xml files, rather
than one file.

Done. Should be in the 3.1.4 release. The only difference
from the request is that will be a collision if your override an
existing search.

The localsearches taking precendence over the standrad
