Summary: open searches in a maximized browser

Initial Comment:
Have all searches open in a maximized browser
window - or maybe have a setting in localprefs.js to set
if you want search windows to open maximized or
normal, and the size of the window if you choose normal.

Glenn - Is the 'pagetemplate' preference in a new

Check out use of 'pagetemplate' preference:

/* Page template to use to initialize search results window
* Used only when launching in IE. Set pagetemplate
to "maximized.htm" to maximize results.
* With things set up as is currently, reuses the browser size
that was most recently closed.
*/
pagetemplate="";
