[watch for the wrapping in the last comment... the line
starting with 'chrome://' should be appended to the
preceeding line]

Jim,

Here's a half-baked solution.

Add this to calendar.js:

function mozillacal(dat)
{
  // TODO - find out how to open at a particular date
  openDocument("mozilla.exe -calendar");
  //openDocument("mozilla.exe
chrome://calendar/content/calendar.xul");
}

Add this to your localprefs.js:

defaultcal="mozillacal";

If you can figure out how to have mozilla display a particular
date, we'll be in business.

If you go to http://www.mozilla.org/projects/calendar/ you
will see the calendar project. I believe iot is still in
Beta, but I love it.

GLAD to get away from Outlook.

Jim,

Is it a web-based calendar? I have Mozilla installed, but can't
find any reference to a built-in calendar. Are you talking
about a calendar available at netscape.com?

Glenn
