Dave,   Could your search bar include a customization to access our companies Google Search Appliance for our companies intranet and internet sites?  http://www.google.com/appliance/   I wanted to be able to customize a search bar for our end users to search the Appliance first or switch to search external Google.  I wanted to use the Google tool bar and couldn’t, but then I stumbled on yours.  Have you gone down this road for the Google Search Appliance?     Let me know if you have any input.
