Hi Sarah, all,

I checked this and I made one change when I did:

ccase /c UPPERCASE WORD

I got back "UPPERCASE WORD" and I was expecting
"Uppercase Word" so I changed capitalize to lowercase
the rest of the string.

If this is not what you intended I'll change it back
and add a /proper switch to do what I was expecting.

I also added the list of switches and changed the
switch names to the full word (you can still use l, c,
and u to access them, though).
