Well... I have gone through all 254 searches and categorized them in one of
5 categories

Default Searches (for everyone)
United States
United Kingdom
France
Canada
Other

Then I built an install that made some searches optional.  Attached is the
NSI script file search_options.nsi.  I will leave it to others to determine
if we will use it or if my categorizations are off for some of the searches.

If we use it, people would need to update the NSI file when submitting new
searches.  It might bring too much overhead, but it might be a nice feature
to have for the install.

I was going to create a new category for all of the localized searches but
NSIS limits you to 8 install option sections.  So I lumped Brazil,
Australia, Italy and Sweden (though I did not include any of Kim's Swedish
searches yet) into the Other category.

Let me know what you think.  We don't have to use it.  It was a good
exercise for me to learn more about NSIS and to learn about some of the
searches... some that I didn't even know existed.

I think it works correctly.  If we use it, more testing should be done with
it.
