Sorry, forgot that part. :)
The command line needs to look like this:
msaccess.exe database.mdb /cmd "text to appear"
So, here's a full-fledged really long example:
run "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\msaccess.exe"
"E:\Documents and Settings\username\Desktop\db.mdb" /cmd "hey there!"
I just tested this and it works fine.
