Does anyone have a copy of dqsd.css ? Its not normally delivered with the package... It is in the cvs repository but it looks like sourceforge is having a problem that wont let me browse the cvs repository to get it..

Purely cosmetic, but if you download the installer now, you would get a fixed version (I've fixed the problem, and modified the release). Sorry about the lame-O mistake, and the lack of testing.
