The changes have been pretty major recently I'm not sure > 3.1.8.0 shouldn't have been 4.0. But what do I know? Here's my vote... > Didn't we say to hold a couple of big changes to post 3.1.8.0? Hmm you might be referring to a change I had suggested regarding the visual appearance of the toolbar on XP... I have since then managed to get a CSS only solution and no code changes are required.. I think the moving of local settings to the "\documents and settings\username\..." area is a good idea as someone pointed out that this allows different users to have their own configuration. Does NSIS have the capability to prompt for an install directory and create it if it doesnt exist? If so, this wouldnt be bad to add either... IMO of course..
