I agree with John, Glenn, Kim, etc.

Furthermore: 

If we put the searches in %PROGRAMFILES% -  HttpInst
will have to change and ONLY install to localsearches.

All the file read/write/rename, etc functions in the
dll will have to change because most of them are using
the installation directory.

Also the addons would also need to be installed to
%APPDATA%\DQSD and the addons (most of mine) will have
to be changed to pick up files from there instead of
the installation directory.
