Try this:

1. unlock the windows taskbar
2. right click on the "search" label and select "close toolbar"
3. right-click on the taskbar and de-select it from the enabled toolbars.
4. reboot (just to make sure the dll isn't loaded)
5. uninstall dqsd...
6. delete the "c:\program files\Quick Search Deskbar" directory

I cant think of anything else...  That should definitely wipe the toolbar
out.
