I made a small change to the readTabDelimitedFile() in tools.js to allow for spaces around the delimiters. This should be more forgiving in the file format for aliases.
I have tested it on my machine with no problems, but I wanted to post it so others could test it a little before I checked it into CVS. Any feedback would be appreciated. Monty
