I'm sorry to say I forgot all about this thread...

I haven't had a chance to test the installer, but I think the changes look
good.
As you mentioned before, a confirmation at uninstall that Explorer.exe will
be removed from LocalMachineLockdown would be a good thing.

Also, if I'm reading the code correctly, it will throw a message box if it
doesn't find any value in the FEATURE_LocalMachine_Lockdown key. Most people
won't have anything there, I think, so we should handle that silently. 

Finally, search_options.nsi is not yet in use, so it's better to work on
search.nsi first.
