Wait a minute... DQSDHost.dll registers itself as an entirely new
toolbar, that you need to add explicitly from the Toolbars menu on the
task bar. Are you sure you're not just looking at DQSD 3.1.9's standard bar?

With regsvr32 dqsdhost.dll... yes. Who knows, corporate IT might have some
setting that is preventing it from working right (though I am local admin on my
PC). I just tried an uregister. I'll reboot, register again and reboot.maybe
that'll help...
