I can confirm that setting the min size to anything non-zero causes some really whacky behavior. I found this message, that seems to confirm that as well: http://discussms.hosting.lsoft.com/SCRIPTS/WA-MSD.EXE?A2=ind9901a&L=atl&T=0&O=D&P=2144 I tried, for kicks, to set min-X to 100 and min-Y to 200, and sure enough, my taskbar is forced to be really wide and tall :-) Thanks for the report, I'm going to commit a fix for this asap.
