Hey devs, I just noticed today that there's no sane reason why DQSDHost and DQSDTools are two separate dlls, so I figured I'd merge the DQSDHost stuff into DQSDTools, so we only ship one single DLL again.
While at it, I thought I'd clean up DQSDTools as well, and remove unused functionality.
