Like MLL, I'm beginning to think the disappearing icons some people complain
about is an explorer.exe crash.  I'm not sure what dqsd would do to trigger
that if anything.  if it is an explorer.exe crash problems b, c, d, and e
below might all occur.

for problem a. use double click to open the calendar.  there is a preference
set in preferences.js "calStart".  in 258b5 it was inadvertently set to use
double click.  to set it back to use right click find the following section
in preferences.js and set the value to 0 rather than 1.
