Love it Glenn..   Are you sure all the searches - even the disabled

ones are loaded on startup?  It looks like the disabled searches

are saved in disabledsearches.txt...  This list must be loaded on

startup.  I disabled some searches and they remained disabled

(and unavailable to the toolbar) after the  toolbar was

restarted and even after a reboot.

I checked in some changes to allow disabling of searches from the help window.  There's plenty of room for improvement:

- all the searches are still loaded at startup, even the disabled ones

- the searches aren't disabled until the search bar is reloaded
