i'm not sure, but i think DQSD relies heavily on
some built in features of I.E. 5. and we have even had reports that some
of the features only work right if you have the latest I.E. 5... maybe even
5.5.sp1. i don't expect that DQSD could be made usable with I.E.4, in
fact i highly doubt it can without a MAJOR rewrite but i'll leave that to the
experts to be sure.
