Good work John!..  It looks great..  FWIW I do have a couple of
suggestions:

I think the "How do I find out what searches are available" and "How
do I add my own searches" segments can be removed from the General
section.   This same segments are in the Searches section.   The
General section should only contain information on how the toolbar
operates, the design philosophy, how to use it etc...     

In the Shortcuts/Aliases section, I think the distinction between a
shortcut and an alias should be removed.  The text in this section
could indicate that here isnt any difference between them.   The
"There is curently one problem with this though --..."  piece could
be pulled out and put in its own item - "How do I Remove an Already
Defined Alias?" .  This will be especially helpful when this
capability is added in  a future release, and the instructions to
remove an alias could be defined here..
