I've been thinking about this alot.

Couldn't we load up the very minimum for dqsd?  If we load only the form and
the clock, and we set the onFocus event of the input/textarea to load the
rest of the dqsd?  This way, we don't load up the bare minimum until dqsd is
focused by the user.  This might solve the system tray issue and reduce
memory usage until the user actually uses dqsd for the first time.

Initial Comment:
Delaying the load of the XML files at startup may solve
the problem of the disappearing tray icons.  There's
already a 'startupdelay' but it only applies to UI resize
calculations.
