I've been thinking about this alot. Couldn't we load up the very minimum for dqsd? If we load only the form and the clock, and we set the onFocus event of the input/textarea to load the rest of the dqsd? This way, we don't load up the bare minimum until dqsd is focused by the user. This might solve the system tray issue and reduce memory usage until the user actually uses dqsd for the first time.

There's already a 'startupdelay' but it only applies to UI resize calculations. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=432069&aid=562414&group_id= 42081 _______________________________________________________________ Don't miss the 2002 Sprint PCS Application Developer's Conference August 25-28 in Las Vegas -- http://devcon.sprintpcs.com/adp/index.cfm _______________________________________________ Dqsd-users mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/dqsd-users http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?forum_id=8601 _______________________________________________________________ Don't miss the 2002 Sprint PCS Application Developer's Conference August 25-28 in Las Vegas -- http://devcon.sprintpcs.com/adp/index.cfm _______________________________________________ Dqsd-users mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/dqsd-users http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?forum_id=8601
