Tom,

Can't do this currently and I don't think it's possible without a lot of work (and some weird, error-prone, window-finding code).  AFAIK, there's no way to get a reference to the browser window that is created (or re-used) via a form.submit() call.  It would be especially difficult if IE is not the default browser because of the method used to submit the form via a temporary file.

I was using this mode for a while (2), but went back to the default (0) because of this very reason.  I don't care for all the windows, but at least I don't have to bring them to the front.  (And, I wrote a little app to close all the IE windows with one click.)

Subject: [DQSD-Users] autorestore a minimized browser window

Is there a way to autorestore the (minimized) browser window into which dsdq sends its search output?

I'm lazy enough that I don't want to click on my mouse after a search just to restore the correct output browser window.

I'm using reuseBrowserWindowMode=2 if that matters.
