I've checked in your dictionarypop add-on, and I took the liberty of moving your
code that displayed the popup in googlespell and dictionarypop to defer_tools.js
in the core files.  I'll make a build the install .exe for dictionarypop
sometime tonight.

I also checked in pinp.xml so it will be in the next install.

Well, that really stinks.  It's still nice for changing some alerts to popups.
We'll have to figure out a way to fix that.
