Tom, can you do a couple things?

(1) as a favor, enter the bug in the buglist at
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=42081&atid=432066

(2) If you go to your c:\program files\quick search deskbar\searches
directory and simply delete dicit.xml and aicne.xml, the errors should go
away for you.
