Thanks John.   The current 0.5 release doesn't handle FRAMES/IFRAMES very well.  But, in some cases like the worldclock url below, the wizard will still work in spite of the warning about multiple frames. 
 
I've checked in some fixes to deal with IFRAMEs and FRAMEs better.  I'll build a new install today or tomorrow.
