I had the same experience as Jacqui. I had vers.
3.0 and it worked fine on my computer (Win 98/IE v.6.0), but when I upgraded to
Dave's 3.1. and 3.1.1 it gave me the same problems as Jacqui.
Unfortunately, uninstalling the upgrades and even
reinstalling v.3.0 has given me the problem of a deskbar/toolbar with a
scrolling window that can only be used effectively if I increase the area
allotted to my taskbar.
Anyone with any knowledge of how I can get back to
the good old Dave's deskbar version would be appreciated. Otherwise, I think
it's a shame to see this good tool no longer usable.
