Yep, it's the problem with the ampersand in the URL.  Substitute all "&"'s with
"&".  I'll make the fix to the search wizard.

Tip:  If you open the .xml file in IE, it will show you where the error is:

A semi colon character was expected. Error processing resource 'hd.xml'. Line
12, Position 90
