I don't know what the problem might be with netcaptor or myIE. A work around might be to try using CrazyBrowser? www.crazybrowser.com
I use Crazy Browser as my default browser and all works well. It seems to have all the functionality of MyIE. I don't know about netcaptor. Sorry I can't offer much help. My experience is this has been resolved by getting the default browser set every where deep in the bowels of my system and/or a clean install of DQSD.
