couple of things... 1) it would likely be a once in a blue moon kind of
thing anyhow.  2) dqsd is by nature an online tool.  i don't think it too
annoying to have to go online to enable/disable (which you'd only do rarely
anyhow).

Phase II would implement checking the users searches directory and the
online repository, building an array of the searches in both locations and
enabling/disabling them.
