I run a windows XP and have downloaded your software. Some how I can't get it to work. the error message says:    "There was a problem initializing the enhanced keyboard support - some key combinations and hotkeys may not work (Error 'DQSDTools.KeyboardHook - Can't install hook')   What do I do?
