The wizard's no use here, unfortunately - I'm trying to combine Philip Albert's pat, patapp and patno searches into a single enhanced version and coding in the logic for changing between forms and allowing for the necessary switches is causing me problems.
It's nothing too complicated, and is mainly my ignorance of how to code properly in javascript...
