I just installed 4.0 rc2 after uninstalling 3.1.9.2. I noticed on the DQSD home page that it now says:
"This new version is revamped to work correctly Windows XP Service Pack 2 in order to not require the workarounds required by the 3.x version." So I went into my registry and changed HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft \Internet Explorer\main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_LocalMachine_Lockdown\explorer.exe from 0 to 1. However when I rebooted I got the same old yellow warning over the DQSD toolbar.
