There was a guy in southern Ontario that had one for sale not long ago,
i'm pretty sure it was a 'completed one', i'll look in my old messages
file and if i find something i'll let you know......By the way American
can import completed amateur built from  Canada and our rules are based
most of the time on the FAA documents for building......one of those
thing hard to understand.
