Dave I never got a camera mailedto be but now I have a vid for the computer.
I will take a few pics of my hinges and email them to you if you want. I
made mine from 1/4 alum plate cut with the scrolling sabersaw. Put the
little bearings that we use for the controls in and mounted with alum angle.
Mine are on the fwd fuselage cover as my bulkhead is used for wiring and
fuel lines on the front side. These have to pass through the bulkhead so
some pretty long slots have to be cut in the bulkhead.
My instrument panel is very swiss cheesed for instruments. I am using an
alum top cover which helps keep the panel stiff in the fore-aft direction
and am gonna glue in an arrow shaft on the center section which is really
"holey".
