Dear Respected Officials, It is with confusion and regret that I must bring to your attention the events of December 22, 471. It is at this time that a winged humanoid landed in the Kel Ellure Square in Vekkelmaril, causing a terror riot among the citizens who identified this creature. The Vekkelmaril guard came on to the scene as the crowd was mostly in shelter, and I myself lead the approach against this beast. It is then that I saw that the beast had the face of Clen Thoran, our former Lord Marshall and a personal friend of mine from the Griffon War in Elluria. Thoran then attacked my nightshift leader G1 Elmo Benok and captured him, taking him north and out of sight. It is my belief that Clen Thoran has been enchanted by some strange power. While the former Lord Marshall has always had a temper and a capacity for the more undesirable parts of a Guard's duties, his character has in it no malice toward others without reason. I intend to search for my friend Clen Thoran, as well as G1 Benok, and I request that the Mysthaven officials do the same, if not to help a former loyal servant than for your own safety, for I fear that Clen Thoran would make a very ferocious opponent.
